The shopping centre, which was owned by AMP, has been sold by Raine & Horne Commercial to a group of private individuals. The settlement is due to take place on the 8th March when there will be a press release with all the details. Apparently the plans for the extension are going to be revised and then proceed quickly. Let’s hope the car park is finally redesigned and a good range of additional shops built!
